Bronte Andersen is the Founder and Director of SABA Advisory and a senior commercial advisor with experience across complex infrastructure, portfolio programs and enterprise environments.

Her work focuses on commercial strategy, governance design and organisational change within capital intensive and highly regulated sectors. Bronte has advised public and private sector clients across energy, transport, water, resources and defence, supporting strategic planning, procurement design and portfolio decision making.

She works closely with Executive teams to strengthen governance integrity, clarify accountability and ensure that strategy is translated into effective and disciplined delivery.

Bronte’s approach is grounded in commercial realism, analytical rigour and pragmatic implementation.
